DAY 1 — LASER SCIENCE, PIGMENT KNOWLEDGE & SAFETY

Approximately 5–6 hours of professional theory training

Before working with a laser, you need to understand what happens beneath the skin and how different pigments may respond to laser energy.

Your first day focuses on building the knowledge behind safe and responsible laser removal.

What you will learn

Laser technology, wavelengths and how laser energy interacts with skin and pigment.
Differences between PMU pigments and traditional tattoo inks.
Organic, inorganic and hybrid pigment compositions.
Why certain cosmetic pigments can darken or change colour during laser exposure.
Skin anatomy, healing and tissue responses.
Skin assessment, Fitzpatrick skin types and treatment suitability.
Laser parameters and the principles behind treatment planning.
Contraindications, patch testing and client consultation.
Eye protection, laser safety procedures and treatment room requirements.
Recognising complications, unwanted skin reactions and when treatment should be avoided.
Combining different removal techniques: treatment planning, limitations and when an alternative approach may be appropriate.
Treatment intervals, aftercare and realistic client expectations.

Real Case Analysis

We will also examine real PMU and tattoo removal cases, discussing pigment reactions, treatment decisions and the challenges practitioners can encounter.

The goal is not to memorise settings. It is to understand why a particular treatment approach may or may not be appropriate.

DAY 2 — PRACTICAL LASER REMOVAL TRAINING

Approximately 6–7 hours of supervised practical education

Knowledge becomes valuable when you can apply it correctly.

Your second day focuses on the practical application of what you have learned.

You will observe and practise laser removal techniques under direct trainer supervision, working through the treatment process from consultation to aftercare.
